This is a mantra I repeated to myself whenever I felt the self criticism and judgment come in.

Sometimes we all need this reminder because often our biggest block is simply we don’t feel x enough to receive what we want.

Its time for an energetic tune up love!

This is your truth. Absorb it. Breathe it in. REPEAT as necessary and remember you’ve always been enough, the entire universe is inside of you after all. That’s a lot of enoughness😘

Feel the heaviness you need to feel but remember to come back to your higher truth.

Repeat after me some power mantras:

I am grateful and happy now that I believe and know I always receive my desires regardless of what I do.

I receive because I can.

I am worthy because I am.

I believe I always receive my desires.

I know and trust everything is possible for me and working in my favor for the highest good.

When I expect the good, I receive the good.

I believe and know my success is inevitable.

It’s this or something better.

What I say is enough. What I do is enough. Who I am is enough.

I choose to expand into more love, success, wealth, abundance and freedom while I inspire others to do the same.

When my empower myself, I share that vibration with others.

I am willing to be seen, I am willing to be heard.

I know and Trust I am being Guided and supported every step of the way.

I choose to put my desires and soul needs first for the highest good of all involved.

I choose to follow what lights me up,

I CHOOSE to nourish my soul. I choose to let it be easy & activate the path of least resistance.

I choose to elevate & expand my worth.

I choose abundance. I choose Love.

I choose to focus on the good. I choose to feel good.
