No. "Fish-out-water" is an idiom, a metaphor for people who don't belong somewhere. In Big City Greens, the titular Green Family are country folk who moved to the big city aptly named Big City. The families are human people but they're from different places that aren't city-like. That's why I used the term "fish-out-water" because just like the Green Family, these 8 families don't know much about city life but they navigate it anyway.
