I saw this format on IG and scrolling through my photos was real mind fuck. My brother has been dead for 6 months today, July 14, and PJ will be a year old on July 19. It’s just too much all at once and I’m numb and disassociating a lot of the time but then sometimes I’m OKAY which is weird as hell. Today, I can’t stop crying but I’m going over to my parents to go swimming and then I have three meetings in the afternoon 🫡🌻💔

for some reason i can’t stop thinking today about the email that my boss sent my team on january 15, 2026. i have access to her inbox so idk i had some sick curiosity and i went and looked at the email thread. i feel like i am doing a good job of seeming “normal” at work but goddammit sometimes i fall into the pit of despair for no real reason other than i am a human being with complicated feelings. guess its good that i have therapy this week!
