COCONUT BLUEBERRY ICE CREAM 4-6 pieces Ingredients 1,5 deciliter (0.5 cup) frozen blueberries 1 can of coconut milk 0,5 deciliter (0.2 cup) honey Put coconut milk into a bowl and whisk it smooth.  Take 1 deciliter (0.3 cup) half-frozen blueberries and mix them into the coconut milk. Add 0.5 deciliter (0.2 cup) completely frozen blueberries into the mix. Add honey. Pour the mix into ice cream molds or disposable mugs. Use wooden ice cream sticks or wooden small spoons for ice cream stick.  Froze for 4-6 hours.
