I still love Detroit: Become Human.
I’m still able to pick about bad writing and storytelling even in something I like.
Just because you like something doesn’t mean there isn’t something fundamentally wrong with it. Or that there’s nothing to criticize about it.
I jokingly like watching the twilight movies. Twilight movies are awful!!!! But that doesn’t invalidate the fact that I still like them lol
Just because I criticize dbh’s storyline at points and cringe at the “subtle” nods to the human rights movements. Doesn’t mean that I don’t like the game or the characters.
YOURE ALLOWED TO LIKE THINGS AND STILL BE CRITICAL OF IT.
THIS IS GROWTH AND ALLOWS YOU TO MORE ACCURATELY DECIDE ON WHAT THINGS YOU LIKE BECAUSE YOU DONT JUST BLINDLY LIKE THINGS WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THEM.
