Bio: From the moment Michelle was born, they knew she was different. They just knew it. But what her parents didn't know was that, in the small town of Chance Harbour, she wasn't the only one. There was an entire circle of kids, an entire circle that went on for generations, as a matter of fact. And though she didn't have her own, she became close friends with the circle kids, and discovered her talent for magic by doing so.

She is friends with Diana Meade and Cassie Blake, and Melissa Glaser. Faye and her are frenemies, depending on the day, or on their moods.

Seventeen years ago, a child was born into the Russell family. Just like her parents, Zoe was born a psychic. Zoe has lived in Chance Harbor her entire life. As a kid, Zoe was always rambunctious. There was never a dull moment with her. Whenever she was bored, she would find something to entertain her. This usually ended up causing trouble around the house seeing as she would get into things she wasn't supposed to.Her father would constantly take her to his music shop. While she was in the shop's back room, she would pick up different instruments and try to play. Her favorite instrument has always been the guitar, especially electric. At the age of seven, she had her first vision. Due to her vision, she was able to stop a thief from stealing from her family's shop. She didn't really understand her powers and her parents tried to keep quiet about it for as long as they could. Upon her thirteenth birthday, her parents explained the family secret as well as the other supernaturals that resided within Chance Harbor.

Now Zoe is seventeen and she is just trying to finish up her last year in school.  She is aware of the witches at her school. Due to her ability to sense energies, she can easily spot a witch. Unlike some of the other psychics of her age, she does not have a problem with the witches. In fact, she's up to helping out when she can. The dangers involved with witchcraft don't scare her off. When she isn't at school or hanging out with friends, she can be found at her family's music shop. She works as a sales associate and even puts on talent nights every now and then. What her parents failed to mention is the council of witch hunters. Now that the council is in town, they're trying to recruit as many psychics as they can. Will she end up being forced to help the hunters? Or will she end up helping the witches?

Bio:

Jason was born into a particularly ruthless line of witch hunters. The hunters that came before him were merciless and would use extreme tactics to hunt witches. One the witches were captured, it was typical to torture them. He never knew his mother seeing as she died due to a disease when he as four. His father raised him to be focused and serious. His father started training him when Jason turned ten. It was light training at first and he wasn't completely told about witchcraft until a year later. Unlike his ancestors, he is not completely committed to killing witches. Due to this, he fought with his father on several occasions. 

When he was accepted into college, he packed up and left. After his best friend was attacked by a witch in their second year, he turned back to hunting and was determined to hunt witches. Due to his family's history with hunting and his skill, he was initiated into the Council during his third year of college. Ever since then, he has been participating in massive hunts in the hopes of keeping anyone else from getting hurt. Now that he's in Chance Harbor, he is working with the Council to take down the witches. The problem is, he hasn't been feeling up to hunting lately like he used to. Will the presence of so many witches bring him motivation? Or will he leave the Council?

Bio:

Meet the second face of the True Believer Council. Tristan was born to a witch hunter family that was very close to the Delaney family. He grew up with Warren and went to school with him. From a young age, he was taught the ways of the hunters. However, his parents weren't as strict about teaching him as the Delaney parents. As a kid, he was very kind and friendly to everyone he met. Part of him didn't want to hunt after witnessing a witch being killed. He didn't believe the witch deserved it. Due to this belief, he packed up and went off to college. He studied business there and gained a bachelor's degree.

A few years later, he decided he wanted to be close to Warren again. So, he packed up and went to their hometown. However, when he received word that a mutual friend had been killed because of a witch, he decided to participate in the council once more. He took his position as second in command. Now that he is in Chance Harbor, he is working with Warren and the Council. His main goal is to destroy all witches in the town. In order to weed out the witches faster, the Council decided it would be best to have some of their members at the school. Due to his credentials, he was able to snag up the position of Vice Principal. He is very curious about Dawn Chamberlain and suspects that she might be a witch. Will he expose Dawn? Or will his views on witches change?

Several moths ago, Diana and Cassie put an end to John Blackwell. After one final meeting, the circle members went their separate ways. Now everyone is back in Chance Harbor. A war is just beyond the horizon. With all of the activity that went on in town, more hunters have come with the intent of cleaning out the town. The True Believer Council has even come to personally see to it that the witches are killed. Just when things can’t get worse, the four other Balcoins have arrived. They are planning on completing the Balcoin circle. Things are as tense as they can be. Will the they be stopped or will the town fall to chaos? Only time can tell.

Bio:

Ethan Conant is the son of James Conant. His father was very secretive about their magic and the only way he found out he was a witch was through finding a book of shadows. He grew up with the children of the previous circle. He was apparently destined to be with Amelia and he would always try to spend time with her. The two cared for each other very much. However, they started drifting apart once John Blackwell made an appearance. Once he was rejected by Amelia, he married Catherine and had Adam. Ethan disliked the kind of magic John was teaching them and knew he needed to be stopped. Along with Amelia, he plotted against the dark witch. He even went as far as to make a deal with Eben and the hunters. However, he did not know that the hunters would also target the rest of his circle. Due to his wife dying because of the fire, it was up to him to raise Adam. He also became an alcoholic.

After finding out about Blackwell's death, his drinking habits improved. He still drinks frequently, but he is taking more responsibility as a parent and the owner of the Boathouse Bar and Grill. He also came out to Adam about witchcraft and they talked about several things the present circle went through. However, he does not know about John's other four children. The present circle is trying to keep that a secret from the adults. The only dark magic witches he knows about are Diana and Cassie. Since Cassie almost killed him, he has been somewhat wary of her. The fact that the True Believer Council is in town is something he is well aware of. While he does not have his magic back, he is trying to protect himself as well as his son. Will he be able to do this? Or will the hunters get to him?

Autumn was born in Chance Harbor and raised by her mother, who is Thomas' younger brother. For the most part, she had a normal upbringing. She was involved in gymnastics and girl scouts. She attended school in Chance Harbor. When her father started to suspect that Dawn was up to something, he relocated with his daughter and headed out to Arlington, Washington. When she was eleven, she accidentally discovered she was a witch. She decided it would be best not to mention anything to her father, so she's been practicing on her own. She particularly enjoys working with fire.

After Blackwell's death, Autumn and her father returned to Chance Harbor. He also came out and told Autumn about her true origins as well as why they left. Since he felt that the danger was cleared, he wanted her to be more involved with magic. Not to mention she never wanted to leave Chance Harbor to begin with. She is glad to be back and can't wait to pick up where she left off. However, she does not know that there are hunters still in town. All she knows is that the town feels different than when she was last there. It feels much darker and tense. Will she be able to protect herself from the hunters? Or will another Chamberlain witch die?

Bio:

Scarlette was born into a family of hunters. From a young age, she learned how to fight, and capture witches. As she grew older, she was taught how to kill them. Participating in hunts has always been one of her favorite things to do. There was something about fire and seeing it used against those that she deemed deserving of punishment that intrigued her. While her parents were thrilled to have her carry on the family business, they did want her to attend school and get an education. The hunter has attended three private schools. She was the type of student that never received anything below a B. Even though school was not her favorite thing, she did pay attention and worked hard. Succeeding in life has always been one of her top goals.

Now, Scarlette is one of the members of the hunting council. The position has been held for four years now. Her main task is to issue orders to the lower ranked hunters. Seeing as she does not wish to end going on hunts herself, she ends up going against the rest of the council and taking on hunts of her own. With all of the activity going on in Chance Harbor, she has decided to make a personal visit to the town and take out as many witches as she can. Knowing that the town is filled with witches excites her. When it comes to John Blackwell and his progeny, she loathes anyone that is a member of the family. This is not without good reason. The man killed her father. It is her personal mission to take out all dark magic witches.
