When you have the responsibility to care for a plant, pet, or child, you make sure its fed and clean and isnt locked in darkness and you check on it often and speak to it kind words. Im no scientist, but im pretty sure you should do the same with yourself to insure healthy growth.

there doesn’t have to be anything beautiful from your pain and trauma. sometimes things happen that are really bad and sometimes you don’t have to find a reason behind it. you don’t have to work it into the plan of the universe if you don’t want to. you can just let it be something shitty that happened and that you’re working through day by day. nothing more. whatever you need. you’re always allowed that.
