Greetings Simlings!

Made for the Laurel Library Lot in Britechester, this winter market features 3 townhouses, market stalls, a skating rink, a giftshop and a tavern. Only one townhouse is furnished, the other 2 are ready for your sim family to make their own. The furnished townhouse is set up for a family with a toddler, 2 kids and a teen. The decorations box to put up the lights is in the townhouse by the front door. There is a current glitch with the friezes on the tavern where it keeps deleting/changing at the back. I fixed it several times but it reverts back once you reenter the game. There was also a issue with mopping puddles in the smaller bathrooms, you may have to move the tub and sink fixtures in the smaller bathrooms to mop and then place them back.

After working on it in small doses for a week, I finally finished building a much more suitable mansion for the Landgraabs 😄🎉

It’s now a 3 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom plus office mansion with a 1 bedroom 1 bath pool house. Other features also include a bowling alley/gameroom and basketball court in the basement. 

As it says in the last pic I uploaded the lot and didn’t realize until after that somewhere between finishing the exterior and finishing the interior I messed up the paint in the circled area. I fixed it before taking screenshots so that’s what it should look like. Not a big deal but thought I would point it out.

After finishing my Queen Anne inspired build I fell in love with the idea of making a row of large historic family homes to fill in part of Newcrest. This my second build for this so far and in my opinion they look great next to each other.

This large brick home has 4 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths and an office on the main floor. The main floor is fully furnished and has a greenhouse off the kitchen. On the second floor I did the bathrooms but left the bedrooms empty except for a bed in the master so that you can furnish it as your sims family grows.

While looking for inspiration for homes to fill up Newcrest, I came across a picture of a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian and immediately knew I had to make one similar. It took me soooo long to get it right, but I’m so happy with the end result. 

I built this home with a formal dining and sitting room off the foyer but gave the kitchen and living area in the back a more open layout. The second story has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a music area.

I gave this maxis build a much needed facelift. There were a lot of things I loved about the original design, the center atrium being my favorite. Unfortunately there were also a lot of things I hated, like how dark, dingy,and dated the inside looked. So I happily fixed it 😊I tried my best to keep most of the original floor plan and I’m pleased with how it turned out. This mid century pool home is fully furnished for a family with 3 kids to enjoy.

I was tired of not having anywhere to take my sims family on days when the weather is not so nice, so I made a Family Rec Center 😄

My Rec center features 2 separate indoor play areas,one for kids featuring an attached craft and science room and one for toddlers. It also has a movie theater, library, indoor pool and outdoor playground. There’s no shortage of things to do for sims of all ages.

Adorable Dutch colonial perfect for Brindleton bay 😊🐶🐱 This was one of my first builds and I’m still so in love with it ❤❤❤

My first sims 4 build! This home is a spacious mid century pool home with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a “garage” workout room and laundry room. It’s available on the gallery in a mostly unfurnished form cause I uploaded it before adding a crap ton of beautiful cc items. I was too in love with the final product not to show it off some where though so here it is.
