With most cis people, talking about being trans gives me a sense of uneasiness. Throughout my relationship with Isabelle  I have felt more validated than I ever have in my life. I’ve come out as both Trans and Asexual to her in our relationship. She makes me feel so comfortable and confident in myself.    The final picture in this photoset is one that Isabelle took of me in my binder. Normally, I have underlying feelings of shame or embarrassment when people see me in my binder. I generally don’t even like seeing myself in a binder without a shirt on because I feel so embarrassed, but I’m really confident with how I look in that picture! With Isabelle as a constant support, I’m learning to find moments of gender euphoria in my life! I’m constantly encouraged by her to explore my identity and presentation. It can be hard to find someone who is so encouraging and supportive of your transition, and I’m very lucky to have her in my life. I hope to continue expanding my confidence in my identity and further my exploration of gender presentation. I’m starting to like the way I look in pictures again and with each day I feel more comfortable expressing myself the way I enjoy. Yay for gender euphoria experiences!! It’s Gender Euphoria Weekend here at Ways to Raise. From July 31st - August 2nd.
