Branding - Packaging

Judy Food is a vegan food company owned and operated by Judy Hildebrand. After receiving funding to distribute nationally, they needed a brand new logo and packaging that would differentiate their product from the competition.

The Brand Workshop decided to create a hand-drawn character of Judy to represent the brand. We also created different packaging labels that would embody the brand's attributes, while taking into account their production needs.

Lavis

Branding - Packaging

A high-end cosmetics company was seeking branding expertise. They came to Brand Workshop with the need to create a name and a branding system that would communicate luxury and confidence to the consumer.

As seen in the photos, the Workshop gave birth to the name Lavis, and presented numerous different possibilities of how the brand could be executed.

Hey folks!

In case you haven't heard: CSULB's very own Brand Workshop is back!

It's a brand new semester, so we're back again and we're filled with brand new artists with brand new ideas to do with our brand new talents to further serve our brand new clients!

Excuse the repetitions, but in case you haven't gotten the idea yet: You'll all be seeing a lot more of Brand Workshop from now on.

So come and join us on our journey as we give you an insight of how our design teams work behind the scenes. We'll be posting finished products, along with some work in progress just so you guys can get a sense of how we work and what we do. So be excited! Spread the word.

Our fearless leader Sunook Park made an incredible meal for our in-house team last weekend at his studio, ANDLAB. We were fortunate enough to meet with Ricky Choi of OKTA LA for a discussion about client recruitment and sales.

One of our project partners this semester specializes in fine tea. This weekend our in-house photographer/film major was able to take these amazing product shots.

One of our teams was fortunate enough to be able to visit the set of the trailer for the web series they are working with. They got to interview the stars of the cast and get a behind the scenes look at the filming process. Definitely a great excuse to get out of the classroom!

Semester is almost 1/3 over!

Our projects are well under way and we're excited to work with the wonderful partners we have this semester. We're also working on updating the website and posting last semester's projects so keep an eye out for new content.
