In the playroom, I like to think of them as anti-gags, because unlike most gags, nothing but air is stuffed down the throat.

They should be ratcheted carefully…too much and you can cause serious injury. Your mouth can only open so wide and this gag should keep it open almost that wide but no further. Be conservative on your first try.  This gag has a way of very quickly becoming extreme and too much to take. The sweet spot will have just enough leeway left to still flex the jaw a little but not quite enough to be able to force it out.

Even if the gag is padded you should use a mouth guard.  You can pick them up at the sporting goods store…the kind wrestlers or football players wear.  Get the thin ones, not the “double” kind, just the ones that separately cover the upper and lower teeth.  It will provide a nice secure padding, increases the amount of time you can spend gagged and prevents a real trip to the dentist. 

Never feed someone gagged like this, choking is quite easy…and give water only in tiny amounts, while he is sitting up.  Cock suckers will have a great time with these gags but never force your cock down someone’s throat while gagged this way unless they have told you that they can handle it.

The best part about this gag is the sound a boy makes in it. Most gags muffle and prevent intelligent sound by suppressing tongue movement and blocking the flow of air.  With this gag, sounds from the voice box are free to come out, but the mouth is prevented from closing to forming any real consonant sounds.

When the mouth is opened this wide, even the tongue becomes useless, as it can’t reach the roof of the mouth to modulate and manipulate the airflow into words.  Only the basic vowel sounds can be uttered, in wide breathy gasps:  OOOHs, AAAhs, and UUUHs.
