Der Brotsommelier. Für den Job gibt es eine eigene Weiter- bzw Ausbildung, die einen dann dazu befähigt, Brot zu judgen als ginge es um weiße Trüffel.
Ich glaube denen auch dass es da ausreichend Merkmale zu beurteilen gibt. Die Körnigkeit, Löchrigkeit, wie fluffig oder trocken oder säuerlich ist es, wie genießbar sind die Rosinen im Rosinenbrot, ist das Kommissbrot ausreichend deprimierend etc etc. Vielleicht ist das mein neuer Traumberuf. "Oh, ich hab' ein Baguette mitgebracht, kannst dir ruhig was nehmen" teilt mein Mitbewohner mir mit. Ich bin verwirrt, starre auf den kleinen Beutel mit Einkäufen den er über der Schulter trägt. Nichts daran ist Baguette-förmig.
Er löst das Rätsel relativ schnell auf. Beim Auspacken zieht er eine Papiertüte aus dem Beutel, deren Anblick so angenehm ist wie das Geräusch von Fingernägeln auf einer Tafel. Es ist ein eingetütetes Baguette, das ist offensichtlich. Er hat es nur auch noch in Eigenregie komprimiert, und einmal gefaltet um es in die Tasche zu bekommen. Zumindest denke ich dass er das war, denn hoffentlich reicht kein Bäcker der Welt dir dein Baguette schonmal praktisch vorgefaltet über die Theke.
Ich lasse dieses Backwarenverbrechen einfach unkommentiert. Hier gibt es nichts mehr zu retten.
