Play It Lovely...

This post is all about the FREE Uncle Ben's Flavor Infusions Rice that Influenster sent me to test!! My first impression was ehhhh it looks like any other rice, but the new resealable bag was really cool! I was looking for quick and easy! So I fired up my crock pot and thew some chicken tenderloins in. I added just salt and Montreal Brand Chicken Seasoning! Once my chicken was done, I put my rice on the stove with, water, butter, and a few pinches of salt. I brought all of that to a boil then left it on medium heat (I stirred it twice) then I let it sit for a few minutes! This all took 10 minutes!!! All of those instructions were on the back of the bag, and led to the most fantastic rice!! It made my dinner routine so easy and I'm very glad that I was able to try it! I will be purchasing it again when I run out. I highly recommend it!!!

So back in April, I posted about how helpless I felt. I truly felt like I was drowning, but I realized I was waiting for someone to come save me when I could have saved myself I just tried to swim..

I don't talk about my depression, but it's taken over my life. It consumes me at times. I've never cried so much or felt so helpless and low.
