I know many of us don’t like what we see when we look at our reflection in the mirror. This and that is not perfect, a new line, too much hair, crocked nose or something like that. It’s a full time job worrying about what we look like. A job we don’t get paid for and the only person that is worrying is you. A woman told me last year she decided to stop feeling ashamed. Yesterday was such fun. Seeing old and new friends, went to a fabulous concert a la SDF. And then went out for a few drinks. today.. not as fun. Haven’t been allowed to eat all day just drink a lot of water and mix it with the medication I got from the doctor. After throwing up everything and feeling poorly I took a long bath, gave myself a mani pedi and I’m already feeling so much better.
