These drawings are of various moments from the work that had remained with me 🙂‍↕️ The care and depth with which the author worldbuilds, writes character, sensory details, tenderness + heaviness both, has been a total joy to experience. The human character is unprecedented in a world of bugs and it is very very wonderful 🙏

A different take on a jealous Judy than my previous comic exploring it. I love drawing an angry Bun.

I feel like it's hard for Nick to accept admiration. I think for the most part he wouldn't care and just be like "Eh, that's cool"(Judy's opinion of him is the only one that matters). But if kids look up to him, he becomes puddy.

Inspiration came after a reddit user gave me some bunny facts!

I drew the kids doodles with my left hand and omg that was weird! I don't like Doodle Nick's eyes….
