And I think that even though she was the DA there was a lot of things that nobody knew about her . For example, her being in a asylum (I don't know what to say else) I mean how was she still the DA after all that...And they learned this in season 7 or 8 if I'm not wrong . Like he had a baby with her but he still didn't know all that and Barry had to find out all that in a excruciatingly painful way.

She was too much involved every single thing and it was unnecessary. After a point all of the members of the Team Flash were unnecessary and there shouldn't have been a Team Flash because the idea of Barry being dependent on them was ridiculous... Because they had no use for themselves anyway. And Cecile's flying in the finale episode like whatttt ? The more they spent screentime on her(or the other characters such as Chester and Allegra(and their forced romance)) the more the show drawn into a swamp.

They shouldn't have included them amongst to recurring characters , especially Cecile who became unbearable as the time passed.
