Half way to go

Eden izmed tekaških ciljev v letu 2012 je bil skupna kilometrina 2012 km. Točno na polovici leta sem ujel plan. 1002 sta uradno zabeležena v gaminovem connectu. V drugo polovico grem z mislijo na kvaliteto in ne samo kvantiteto. Cilj sezone ostaja 28. oktober in moj prvi maraton. Še 17 tednov, nekaj dvomov, malo strahu ter veliko respekta pred 42 kilometri še ostaja.

Malo motivacije za vroče dni. 80km+ tedni so se začeli

Rock 'n' Roll 167 bpm na maratonskem krogu (21km) v Radencih. Moj novi PB na polovički, 1:41:46 ob prvi obletnici mojega prvega teka. Šlo bi lahko malo hitreje, a ne bi bilo več v užitek... Ciljni čas za september in EkoMaraton v Mariboru, pod 1:37.
