I thought I would just share this snippet as it very slightly foreshadows the Laurie/Ralph reunion at the party. The thing with the above scene is that we find out later that Ellen and the young man have planned this meeting - they are play-acting because they have each booked a single room at the boarding house so they can hook up, but they pretend it's a chance meeting of old friends for cover. I love how the guy is over-acting so much, and she is so embarrassed.

What if we huddled for warmth in the North Face labia sleeping bag?
