the past two years have been such a retreat, my mind body & soul feeling supercharged, revitalized, slowly, delicately emerging from the hot springs into heavenly warmth of californian sunshine, from my tippy toes to my soft finger tips to the tip top of my crown, energy flows from the planet earth’s crystals below me, through rich organic matter of grounding mama earth, the scents of which are divine, through my blossoming lotus flower, my being’s glowing aura expanding outward with a plethora of warm light beams, gently kissing all it caresses, the comforting sensation of fullness, the gentle snugness of being whole

all that is mine becoming refined redesigned, redefined oak barrel aged wine

through this being u n r e f i n e d floating on cloud nine fine tuned laugh lines

among glorious pines  intuitively crossing my own heart’s lines found my gold mine
