I think Hanzo takes after his dad a lot more than his mother except for small things like his hair and eyes. I also imagine there’s a few years between Sojiro and Rumiko, not a terrible amount just enough for it to be slightly visible. I gave Sojiro some early greying too, stress and genetics, the same as Hanzo.
