I haven't spoke to many people about it & I won't go into detail, but I haven't been doing well honestly. It must be bad enough if I'm writing about on here... I wish I could just be happy and enjoy being newly married, but depression doesn't work like that unfortunately. So instead I have to take the small moments I can and make the most of them. I would however love to shine light on how super supportive and patient my husband has been during these last few months. Some of my thoughts have been very painful and dark, but knowing he's here to lift me up has been helping me get by day to day. It might not sound like much, but for me that's a lot! It's also not something I've always had in any of my relationships; platonic or otherwise. I am taking steps to get me to a healthier place and to tap into my full potential. This is not the way I would like to end my 20's, build a marriage, or start a new decade. If you read this far, blessings and thanks for taking the time out to do so.
