Guppy Love by Ken Vrana, via Saatchi Art In Guppy Love, two women appear suspended in a private underwater moment, their bodies drawn close as reflections fracture across the surface. The pool transforms the scene into something dreamlike: limbs, light and colour flow into one another until intimacy becomes almost abstract. There is a quiet sapphic tenderness here, suggested through proximity rather than explained. Ken Vranaβs image leaves space for ambiguity while still capturing the charged softness of two people briefly absorbed in each other.

This is a problem.
Since our last update on Monday only $202 has been donated, and only 1 person has signed up to be a recurring donor. That leaves us $12300 short for the rest of 2024 and $55K short per year from 2025 onwards unless way more people pitch in! If we canβt raise the funds we need to, we will expect job losses, service cutbacks, loads of unpaid overtime for some of our director team, fundraising hell, reduced/no stipends for our amazing volunteers, reduced budget to pay our fantastic writers, and lots of staff & volunteer burn-out! Please help us close this funding gap so that we can go back to providing our world-leading information & support across all our articles, advice columns, message boards and text/sms & chat services - all with some semblance of humane working conditions!!
