It’s November now.
It’s THE month.
I will NOT eat over 500-800 calories
I will NOT binge
I will NOT eat a bunch of Halloween candy in one sitting
I will NOT give up
I WILL drink 90-100 fl oz daily
I WILL fast at least 3 times a week
I WILL exercise daily
I WILL lose weight.
By December 1st, I plan on losing 20-40 pounds.
