To the college prof person! Not quite the same but my d2 college soccer coach had a severe stutter. Idk if that's even close to what you have, or if it even relates, but that's a similar position of needing to talk and explain things to large groups of people while working through a speech difference and she's managed to coach at a college. Just thought an example of someone accomplishing something similar might give you some extra hope that you can do it if you work hard!! Good luck
