I believe there’s progress when you take good care of your body by choosing not to harm it and appreciate it as something like your home as you little by little make it into your hope of beautiful and see the light it radiates each time you say I love you. I hope that in every level of your life you remember that there’s progress to be found in the little things and no matter where this road of human existence takes you keep it in your heart that you are enough today, tomorrow, and forever.”
