there's no Dead In The Water. no Something Wicked. no In My Time of Dying (I think we can reasonably assume that Salvation covers the events of both Salvation and Devil's Trap all as one but they jump straight from that to Bloodlust). there are only three episodes from season 2 covered at all, and it seems to completely leave out John's demon deal, and seemingly Dean's as well. there's no What Is And What Should Never Be. it completely skips past All Hell Breaks Loose and jumps straight from Heart right to Sin City.

Dean: No it's fine I just don't understand why you don't love me in every other universe but it's whatever.

Dean "warns" Cas before banishing him. He could have slammed his hand on the sigil at the second Cas entered the panic room, but he calls him, lets Cas see he's fine and see the sigil so he'll know what'll happen next (and recover more quickly from his landing in Heaven).

Equally important: Dean has his back turned to Cas as he banishes him!!!

Usually, when Dean banishes an angel, he watches their reaction, closes his eyes and checks the angel has been banished. This scene plays differently though: Dean doesn't look at him and the scene stops with Castiel being banished.

Because it's not any angel, it's Cas.
