This neighborhood in Los Angeles on the LA river is either already tragically gentrified and expensive, or a rising star as part of the river redevelopment, depending on who you talk to. But since LA car culture is undeniable, this neighborhood has some of the most unique cars parked everywhere that I’ve seen in LA, anywhere.

Droning Cars. Got a chance to start shooting some nice cars from the Lucy V drone, thanks to Garrett, Schude, and Brush, starting at Phoot Camp. Hope to keep doing more aerial strobes and aerial car shots.

This was a Ryan Schude idea and production that I shot from #DroneLucy, which is a Phantom 2 with a Ricoh GR. Used a 4 second exposure and then strobed the Huy Doan strobed the shot on the ground. On instagram here.

Got to fly around this giant book sorting machine in NY that uses lasers to sort books. Lasers. Books.
