Despite the fact that Leon Kennedy is almost 100% from rural Colorado, my friend and I have decided on two likely alternatives: Bakersfield, California and literally anywhere in South Carolina
If you have ever been to Bakersfield, California, you know that only a place like that could create the stubborn-crazy that is Leon Kennedy. Another piece of evidence for this theory is that Leon always wears a Jacket, likely because Bakersfield is ungodly hot all year round and he would not be prepared for the cool, Colorado weather.
As for South Carolina… my friend and I know absolutely nothing about the state. It just seems fitting. Also, that’s where Stephen Colbert is from and I think that Leon is just as kindhearted and chaotic.
