I shall start with mmmm LORE AAHHH

Soo...i made them trolls!! as will the rest of the emerituses will be, but this also meant that the twin part of their story will be lost since i think all trolls are "related" in a way via "incestuous slurrys" i guess (tellme if im wrong on that pls but like I THINK THATS WHAT THEY MEANT BY THAT..??? like 78% sure) but anyway, they are still intertwined in their fate by having the same ancestor book, that would only be complete once they found each other... but it seems there was also others they would soon find out about once they started to read. I imagine that perpetua got thrown into the middle of the book with the ending while copia had the beginning with a cliffhanger... but there is little tid bits just missing from both, and when they combine you get the Grucifix seen in the middle hehehe so smart ik (/j)

ahem now!!! as you can see... perpetua (i havent made any troll versions of their names sorry guys) is a rainbow drinker ahh!!! "but wait...", i hear you not ask, "BS doesn't that mean he was KILLED?!?!" and i say umm yes in how I decided to handle this. Copia and Perpetua aren't twins anymore so there's no real plot twist surprise, but now with their ancestor books, they still need to find each other, soo why not elongate that process just for fun hehe... and also perpetua needs the vampirism (and a fear of doors as seen up ahead/hj)

Perpetua found his book first, given to him by his lusus at a pretty young age, and once he felt he was ready, he set out to find this guy but.... once he walked out their hive.... their old door.... fell on him..... and he was ok!!! but then aww someone threw a knife at him fuckk oh no now he is bleeding out book in hand and now is... sniffl..... dead 😿....... then maybe a long hours later with some lusus grieving he came back to life with messy hair, glowing skin, and a need for revenge + blood!!! oh... someone also stole his book >:V Copia may have to wait a bit longer now and ummm have some unexpected guests to hand out for the time being

That is all I have for now... but i shall specify that they share Sister Imperator's blood caste with both being jade bloods as she was. Nihil's blood.... I will save til I get all the way down to primo since they share the same hehe (someone had to and I already chose cerulean for terzo...)

awright got that over with.. now onto why jade blood, and their signs (including the ghost sign I tried to make look jade... sign-y)

I think them being jade bloods is self explanitory lol, mostlybc i wasn't sure if any other blood castes could become rainbow drinkers and im sure it wouldn't have mattered... but eh i still think its cool... ALSO ITS SISTERS BLOOD COLOR!! and bc im making 2 emerituses diff bloods since nihil did some freaking around and stuff, i again felt at least some of them needed their parents...' blood

onto the signs ummm they were pretty easy since I don't trust myself enough to assign them myself so i just like did the expanded zodiac quiz and tried to answer as closely as I could to what I thought would fit :p and i thought these were good...

The new and hopefully jade sign looking grucifix was a big mush up of uhh some characteristics i saw in some of the jade signs and umm yeah... I jist tried to make it look the same while still have the intricacies of belonging to some jade bloods (excluding the obvious color of jade) uhhh yeah it will look different for each emerituses blood caste soo ya :'3

okau FINALLY THE LIKE focal point of this umm the DESIGN !!! yaay ok top to bottom lets go through it guys 😋

HORNS: their horns were the same once upon a time (both had perpy's horns) buut when they finally met, copia with his hate for fucking V filed his down, a bit unevenly but it got his point across of not wanting to be compared to him. The patterns they have were just aesthetic choices lol they couldve have the regular homestuck troll horn look but i wanted to get funky with it... anyway, perprtua got V shaped patterns, and copia has little C shaped patterns :33

the HEAD: perpetua is a jolly, glowing rainbowdrinker, while copia is sick of his stupid cool glowstick shit (waited so many sweeps for this LIGHTBULB). actual description now lol- i hope i captured their hairstyles, very curly and very straight, but also both w sideburns hehehaw. both have fangs, perps more accentuated with that winning grin, OH and the makeup durh i shouldve been talking about that hehe ummm yeah no makeup for them sorry guys only cool lipstick and their eyebags, but i mean they keep the tiny pupil for them all. I felt like the makeup wouldve been too much and also bc i associate wearing makeup with the ourple bloods (the honks) but i could play with the idea of what that would look like on their troll forms

finally THE OUTFIT: so trolls in some way have their personal sign on their outfit... and i kinda cheated that by making sure they at least had the Grucifix there, but as for the actual signs uhhh copia's is on the little jewels that hold up the grucifix are his symbol just upside down aand his actual clothes is just his frater fit... as for perpetua uhhh the grucifix is on his belt and his outift was based on his litte uhh bat fit IDK HOW TO DESCRIBE THAT but uhhh i hope its easy to tell?? and he has striped pants because i felt like something was missing so there we go,,, speaking of missing um i couldnt find a place i liked for his sign to go, so um pretend its just... on his back, yeah !!! here are some references i used!!!
