lie quietly

snapping his fingers before pointing over at the male he sighed a bit, “right, we can try to play pool or you could just me win again because it’s no fun if i play myself.” he smiled still leaning against the door frame, “or we could do something else, something that doesn’t involve staying inside, because if i stay indoors for another day, i may go insane.” he said hopeful enough now. maybe they could find a median and do something they were both good at rather than just something john would do on his own.

He smiled a teeny tiny bit. “I’d be okay with that. Or something else. I just kind of feel like doing something right now, so pick.” He encouraged. Read this as; I really don’t wanna be alone right now, so I’ll probably do almost anything that you recommend. 

[ text ]: so, i might be in hospital…

[ text ]: lets just say stage fighting went a bit wrong today..

[ text ]: since i cant drive, can you pick me up?

bo: uhm

bo: i mean. maybe. i could... i could walk over? or take the bus? but then you'd have to take the bus or walk back so i dunno if that's... helpful....

“you are so kind… most of my friends wouldn’t let me to be honest”

“See, that just makes me nervous.” He laughed, giving her a look. “But I don’t think that makes me kind!” You’re doing something nice for me...”

“oi! don’t you dare apologize. i was the one who asked you what happened. you haven’t spoiled much. don’t worry. i’m still excited to drown in it’s pages,” he chuckled in amusement.

“awesome. i look forward to it,” he smiled softly and sat up, straightening his posture. “don’t spoil it anymore for me then,” he gave him a stern look. “thank you very much, that’s very kind of you,”

dalton raised his eyebrows in interest, trying to duck his head a little to get a glimpse of the front cover in order to get the name of the book itself. “sounds really interesting. are you near the ending, then? perhaps i might ask if i could borrow it sometime? i promise i won’t ruin it on you. nothing is worse then when someone damages the binding or whatever,”

“No, you wouldn’t regret it, I promise it won’t be something hilarious or that makes you uncomfortable” she jumped a little in excitement “Yay! I promise it’s going to be fun”

“... Alright, fine.” He agreed. “You can dress me in whatever you want.” He declared. “And I know it will.” He added, smiling a tiny bit.

“You sure that you can provide some help?” if he wasn’t skilled at it maybe she could find another way to upload her videos before the sponsors got mad.

“I mean. Not really. I’ve never done very much video editing before.” He admitted, shrugging. “But I guess I could try?”

“Basically? My video needs to be up today but my editor ditched me…”

Bo hesitated, trying to think of some way to get out of this situation without seeming like a dick and without getting yelled at. But there seemed to be no escape. “Do you... want... help?” He said very slowly.

“Wow, are you really going to let me pick your clothes? What about this sunday?” nothing ever got her more excited than getting to pick up clothes for other people.

He laughed a tiny bit. “I guess so? Unless that’s something I’ll regret.” He teased a little. “Yeah. I can do Sunday. Sure.”

“Oh I know that feeling completely.” A pit grew in Morrison’s stomach. He though of all the ways he had tried to calm the beast inside his brain. “And I’ll know they’ll kill me, that’s the point -” He quickly wanted to take his words back. His jokes would get a little too dark sometimes. He tapped Bo’s arm, something he would do when he remembered something. “Oh shit, you should try yoga,” he laughed. “Yeah yeah, I’ve heard great things about yoga. Or even meditation! That requires a lot of concentration though. I dunno if I could do meditation, too much goin’ on up here.” 

“Fuck” she said out loud closing her phone, honestly she wasn’t paying much attention to what he had to say about her apology, mainly cause she was too busy organising everything for her new video. “You don’t know anything about editting videos, do you?” she asked hoping he would, not as she deserved the help but since her editor was busy she needed someone.

“Editing videos?” He echoed, furrowing his brows a bit in confusion at the sudden question. “Uh... No, not really. Why?”
