arrived in Germany from South Korea and immediately spent two hours getting fucked over by deutsche bahn in every conceivable direction. this might be the most severe culture shock ive ever experienced. south korean trains and German trains are barely even recognisable as the same form of transport. south korean trains, for instance, actually depart when they're scheduled
