oh, this explains why my last video was removed…bugger.

This is why I will be removing my blog in the next month or so and hosting it in my own land. However, I understand why Tumblr is doing this. Tumblr is not just for adults. There is no compliance page, and there is no age verification when users sign up, they’re just protecting themselves. Although it is lame stuff gets removed from password protected areas >.> 

Rather than putting the ban on adult content, make it harder for the younguns’ to view it? Sign up should require an age, then if a blog is specifically marked ADULT, they’ll be unable to view the blog. Adult content brings a lot of traffic to Tumblr, that wouldn’t be a smart move.
