Got some new frames with an updated prescription and smth feels off… the prescription looks right in center vision but gets blurry around the edges of the lenses? Okay I was feeling a little discouraged that this was the first year I didn't make my Goodreads reading goal (didn't even get above 5 💀), but I knew I read a lot of fanfiction so to make myself feel better I decided to calculate how many words I'd read. (Criteria being that I have entirely read the work, and the work is completed/not ongoing)

Keep in mind I created my account like back in March-ish and does not include re-reads

In 2025, I read 532 fics at a total of 3,802,410 words

Now that makes me feel a little better!

Already said this on my main, but since I usually post fanfic updates here—I just released a fanfiction called Peepaw in the Backrooms! The first chapter is out with 5.7k words, and here's a quick summary:

Instead of dying to the Krang, ole Leon falls straight into the Backrooms. Straight from killing aliens to exploring liminal spaces, Leonardo just needs a break—but he can't stop until he finds a way out. Or dies trying.

This fic was inspired by a silly comic I'd made and is my first F!Leo-centric fic!
