He sees Karma threaten to kill someone with a broken bottle and he literally does not even react. This is just completely normal for him. He always just seems vaguely surprised that anyone would actually be scared of Karma, whose hobbies include hospitalizing people.

Meanwhile, Nagisa sneaks up on Karma one (1) time, and he's like "Holy shit. He is terrifying. Like a venomous snake poised to strike. He is dangerous, I can't let my guard down around him, he could kill me", and all Nagisa did was just. Poke him in the side.
