On the day of Ashura

Musa عليه السلام arrived at the sea There was no escape The sea was in front of him. And Firawn was behind him…

And the children of Israel said to him: "Indeed, we are overtaken",

but he answered them with the answer of one who trusts in his Lord:

"No, indeed, with me is my Lord. He will guide me."

مِنْ حُسْنِ إسلامِ المرءِ تَرْكُهُ ما لا يَعْنِيهِ

Beautiful Islam entails minding one’s own business.

‎"Some women posses greater wisdom, intelligence understanding than many men."

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا

O Allah, benefit me with what you have taught me, teach me what will benefit me, and increase my knowledge.

يا نساء المؤمنين، إذا أذنبت إحداكن ذنبًا، فلا تخبرن به الناس، ولتستغفر الله تبارك وتعالى، ولتتب إليه؛ فإن العباد يعيّرون ولا يغيّرون، والله يغيّر ولا يعيّر.

“O women of the believers, if one of you commits a sin, then do not inform people of it. Rather, seek the forgiveness of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, and repent to Him. For indeed, people reproach and do not rectify, whereas Allah rectifies and does not reproach.”

‎"If Allah were to uncover for His servant the wisdom behind trials, his heart would melt in love for Allah because he would see that every hardship was chosen for him, not against him."

"The most miserable loser is a man who knows the path to Allah سبحانه وتعالى yet he turns away from it."
