Laudna works as primary taxidermist at a research museum in Taldorei. The place doesn’t get much action. Imogen works for a moving company and is the ONE person who has been assigned to the museum (it’s all they can afford). Laudna spends her days working on grant requests and specimen preservation. Imogen is staying in Taldorei for EXACTLY two months to get this job over and done with and will then return to Gelvaan. Imogen is immediately taken with Laudna. She has no nice place to stay yada yada yada.
