the thing i really adore is the whole arc - leading up to orihime’s abduction and after that, is how many times it’s subtly shown to us that kisuke and aizen are pulling the strings and like. Yeah these dudes must have to meet again
in soul society arc where ichigo finds out who kisuke is, who aizen is, the Hogyoku and aizen telling ichigo he knows all about kisuke and his operations and from where they come & how kisuke sent ichigo
little subtle moments like toshiro mentioning aizen and it panning to the urahara shoten,
kisuke predicting aizen’s move rejecting orihime and it panning to aizen looking w/ interest
kisuke having “his own work to do,” presumably setting precautions and maybe fixing the kido he made specifically for aizen … then it pans to aizen again. then turn back the pendulum finally shows us what happened and WHY they must meet again.. shinji owing kisuke & aizen in different ways
what a great buildup to the final meeting and confrontation between the two geniuses behind it all, who even without meeting shape the plot

One thing that never fails to piss me off is how underutilized Tatsuki was in Bleach. Like IT WAS ALL THERE!!! She was a fighter and childhood friends with Ichigo AND Orihime!!! She made friends with Rukia! She was attacked by the same hollow that attacked Orihime TWICE (Orihime's brother, and then the parasite hollow from Orihime's spiritual awakening)
In my mind, she would have had a similar power as Chad, but with her kicks. She would have been an amazing addition to the team and a great compliment to Orihime. LITERALLY A KNIGHT AND HER PRINCESS!!!! Makes me cry when I think about it
