do you feel?

while i feel like there's a (slim) possibility of him being like 'well of course you would' as an extension of his overall ego, tho i think if he'd ever express it in that way it'd be more of a front to hide his self loathing. aside from his ego being more related to his power and abilities being the reason why i think there's a slim possibility of him having that sort of reaction genuinely.. i feel like his actual/initial reaction would be more of indifference (like a 'sure, whatever'), with maybe slight hint of either disbelief and/or distrust depending on how much the mask slips.

my guess of how his feelings/mood develop as the process of being a muse continues would kinda depend on how the art artist approaches it. like, if their gaze is more objectifying and surface level then he'd likely lump it in with the people who have objectified him for other reasons (for his power, as a curse, as a deity, etc). on the other hand, if they're the type of artist that wishes to get to know their muse (either via, conversation, careful observation, or both), i feel like there could be more of a (probably still pretty slim) possibility of him questioning/reflecting on things in the littlest of bits? or at least getting moody in either a 'how dare you make me reflect on my own self loathing/make me question my world view' way (similar to how he was with yuji during the final fight) or a frustrated 'how can you see me as 'beautiful' when everyone else has only seen me as a curse?' even tho he'd probably never really fully voice it.
