when i was critiquing the trial for not bringing up Blitz's crimes on earth, i mean that in the context the show is ABOUT the business, and the STRUGGLE they have.

i am not saying that the show as it is SHOULD bring these things up. because in the view the show is about Blitz and Stolas and isisues of classism in a world against them, the show doesnt HAVE to bring up those crimes on earth. because the show emphasizes the issue of Stolas being hurt, his book being stolen. It's about Stolas and Blitz that Blitz is on trial. This makes sense if the show's main idea is to focus on Blitz and his relationships/Stolas

Blitz is not on trial for going to earth more than legally permitted, killing people willy nilly, not wearing a disguise, causing big genuine issues, getting cherubs expelled from heaven. But I only expect those things to be brought up, if the show's main view is the business and struggle with it. Because then the trial and the problems he faces, are directly tied to the actions he did in his work, tied directly to how he fucked up in his work. That makes sense for a show that claims to be centered around the business.

thats a much better description than whatever they had and it still lends for the imp job being there occassionally but not being a main point.

This is the description on google: Blitz, a classic demon Imp, sets out to run his own small assassin business with his weapons specialist Moxxie, his bruiser Millie, and his receptionist hellhound Loona. Together, they attempt to survive each other while running a start-up in Hell.

During the trial in mastermind, none of Blitz's actual crimes while being on earth are brought up. at all.

The only issue the show had was him taking a grimoir, but it never, ever brings up the violations they made while on Earth which we are implied to exist. If the frozen bird wnted to have a strong case, he literally could bring up Verosika and shit, and have her testify to the reckless behavior Blitz has on earth. She witnessed it first hand because their competition drove them to act differently than they normall would and be reckless. They do not have disguises for a majority of the time in the first season. Loona TELLS THEM ITS A BIG PROBLEM. BUT ITS NEVER BROUGHT UP. Verosika LITERALLY WITNESSED AND KNOWS THEY WERE BREAKING THIS LAW???

Why would the trial, which is trying to expose Blitz and his fuck ups with the grimoir, hurting royals, and ect NOT BRING UP THE ACTUAL HARM HE'S DONE IN VIOLATING THE LAW OF BEING ON EARTH?

You could argue stolas's lyric of "brech the world of man" and cause issues if a callback to those issues, BUT ITS NEVER ACTUALLY BROUGHT UP TO THE COURT. WHICH IMO, WOULD STILL HAVE BLITZ EXECUTED BECAUSE HE WASN'T FOLLOWING ANY OF THE LAWS THAT SUPPOSEDLY EXIST FOR BEING ON EARTH???

are we really pretending this show is still about a group of imps trying to run a business murdering people on earth? because the show clearly, is not about this in the slightest. The majority of the episodes in 2 seasons literally have nothing to do with this. What are we doing?
