I saw this video and was instantly outraged by the story of robert Leone. The officers responsible for these crimes must be brought to justice. For those unwilling to watch ill give you a recap. Robert leone was pulled over by penn state police on report of a minor fender bender. (An accident which leone was not a part of). Leone believed that the officers were going to another emergency and was unaware he was enganging in a low speed chase. He had not drank or used any illicit drugs. He was under the affect of his prescription bipolar medication. This may have affected his decision making in this moment. The officers pinned his car and blocked the drivers side door. What happens after this moment can only be explained by the police dash cam footage and the subsequent hospital reports. Leone was tazed and beaten at the accident scene while handcuffed and hogtied.
