I'm gonna go on a rant about restaurants now because I've worked in a lot of them.

Y'all got caught up in restaurants trying to emulate French cuisine which has always and will always focus more on appearance than taste. You think it's a coincidence they give small servings and they convinced you it's healthier. The REALITY is, it's a fucking scam and you're eating the same quality beef/pork/chicken/seafood you would have gotten anywhere else. They just convince you it came from some private farm in the middle of Assbackia that only sells to selected restaurants. The truth is, that chicken is the same fucking chicken you would have gotten at KFC. If you didn't watch the cook butcher the fucking chicken yourself but you believed that it was 'fresh' you're a fucking idiot and you're the PERFECT customer. You never heard of Assbackia. You can't find it on a map. And if you go to where it supposedly is you're gonna find a farm that looks no different than any other. As a chef, y'all are the reason I make money, so yeah yeah, I got this steak imported from Nortwestlan Stankonia... It's worth way more than a normal steak.
