So I tried out blahtherapy today as a venter.

This is the response I got from a listener.

I told the listener I didn’t like the mentioning of “freak from fight club” as that’s not helpful at all. Especially if another venter was in vulnerable position or place. Yes even though I wasn’t so vulnerable it still wasn’t very pleasant to here.

They then responded with disgusting remarks like in the second picture.

I appreciate and support 100% the idea of blahtherapy but sometimes the listeners are seriously awful.

I tried listening a few times, and I’m not a professional but I try to at least help in a way that I can. It might not be the best advice but I would never offend someone, or write nasty things like this.

I think the site needs to clear out some of these people. If there was a rating service it might be helpful in this situation. Like was this listener helpful, yes or no ?

And if the listener gets more than 10 nos then they are banned from being a listener..?

I don’t think I have ever cried as much as I have listening to this girl try talk to me on blahtherapy. It actually kills me to think society nowadays only have 1 way of finishing their problems, and that’s suicide, it literally kills me. I really hope she see’s this, and I really hope you message me and tell me you’re okay, because you are a beautiful human being, with a lot of courage to speak up. Please find me, and please dear god, please still be here tomorrow.
