All I’m saying is that in the 1968, when Hippie culture was at it’s prime, Richie Tozier would’ve been 23, and at the prime of his life living in California.

I mean, I’m just pointing out that when Adult Bill sees the losers again for the first time in 27 years and wonders what they were like in between 1958 and 1985, he imagines:  “Richie Tozier carrying a sign which said ‘Stop the war’ on one side and ‘Get ROTC off campus’ on the other” - Page 586

And when talking about having kids with one of his notable girlfirends, Sandy, they talk about it being: ‘Irresponsible to bring kids into such a shitty overpopulated world,’ and instead wants to smoke weed and compare the difference between communist manifestos with her. And putting bombs in the men’s room of the Bank of America. on page 626

And I’m definitely not saying that This picture of a man from 1967 in his hair is hair an amazing look of what I think Hippie!Richie would’ve looked like,

Mike Hanlon: Apollo

Apollo was the son of Zeus and Leto, twin brother of Artemis. He was the god of music, and he is often depicted playing a golden lyre. He was also known as the Archer, far shooting with a silver bow; the god of healing, giving the science of medicine to man; the god of light; and the god of truth. One of Apollo’s most important daily tasks was to harness his four-horse chariot, in order to move the Sun across the sky. 

he does stuff like that a lot; 

wherein Eddie used to hate Richie leaning over him or crowding his space, he now comes to love it whenever Richie hugs him or hovers over him when they’re in bed 

because he only feels safe and warm whenever Richie is next to him

he’s especially surprised when he grows to love having Richie just wrap his arms around his shoulders from behind and rest his chin on top of Eddie’s head

and Eddie will lean back into him before angling his head up for kisses (which Richie happily supplies) 

whenever they’re just at home relaxing, with Richie lying on the couch, feet hanging off the ends cause he’s so long, Eddie loves nothing more than climbing into Richie’s lap and staying there, because his bf is so damn tall and there’s so much of him to cuddle on

and he may be gangly and boney in places, but he’s warm and smells like home and Eddie can fall asleep on him in an instant

Eddie loves to call out to Richie to get stuff for him on high shelves/places, bc of course Richie is whipped and will do anything for his tiny bf

sometimes when they’re feeling adventurous and go out to concerts/gigs, Eddie will sit on Richie’s shoulders, hands in his unruly locks, laughing as Richie attempts to keep his balance (hint: they totally fall over multiple times) 

other times, when someone is being rude af to Eddie and Eddie starts going off, Richie doesn’t really step in to help, bc he knows Eddie’s got this, but he still stands behind him like a steel wall, displaying his height to just dare this jerk to lay one finger on his tiny raging bf

don’t even get me started on the thousands of times Eddie adores getting piggybacks from Richie, claiming his feet are sore (they are not) and queue Richie dropping everything to bend down and scoop him up

also Eddie standing on his tippy toes to get his kiss from Richie is something that will always kill me to death
