you go to the bathroom and use the bathroom.

Then you take your clothes off and step on the scale.

It shows your gw.

You look at the mirror, the girl in the mirror has a slim face, you can see her collarbone, her stomach is flat and her legs don’t jiggle.

You go back to your room and put on an outfit. Everything you put on looks good and you feel confident, even with out make up you still feel pretty.

You finally can start living your live at its best.

So happy cause I lost 2kg in 3 days (fasted 2 days).

This progress makes me wanna fast more but I can’t without the nurses noticing.

I’ll try to stay as low on cals as I can.
