NEWS: The Supreme Court just struck down Trump's Birthright Citizenship executive order in a 6-3 decision. Thereby upholding the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution.
NEWS: The Supreme Court just ruled in a 6-3 decision to uphold state laws banning transgender girls and women from school sports.
The court's conservative majority, which over the past year has repeatedly ruled against the transgender community, just declared that state bans in Idaho and West Virginia does not violate the Constitution or the federal law known as Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in education.
NEWS: The US Supreme Court just ruled in a 5-4 decision to uphold Mississippis law and permit counting of mail in ballots that arrive after election day, as long as they are postmarked on or before election day.
The Mississippi law is shared by a total of 18 states and territories and the ruling is a major loss for the GOP in their attempt to suppress voters.

In yet another attack on the LGBTQ+ community:
Yesterday Tennessee Republicans advanced House Bill 754 which proposes that insurance companies that cover gender affirming care would also cover detransition procedures. However that is far from everything this bill does..
Bill 754 would also authorize the collection of sensitive patient information from providers. This includes patient treatment timelines, prescription and surgery information, patient's location data, patient's age and biological sex.
This bill would also establish what is called a "right to public transparency" around gender affirming care by mandating providers hand over the above mentioned information to the Tennessee Department of Health. This patient data will then be used to create a "comprehensive annual statistial report" that would become available on the DOH's website.
According to independent journalist Alexandra Baca this would essentially become a public list of trans residents in the state of Tennessee.

The New York Times have now reported that the bombs that hit the Shajareh Tayyebeh girls elementary school in Minab on February 28th and killed over 175 children and teachers, quote: "appears to have been part of an attack on an adjacent naval base in southern Iran, where officials said U.S. forces were operating."
