Been holding off to post progress due to some life goals coming first (job hunting for the next advancement as well as house hunting). Unfortunately, this has forced my maintenance phase longer than I had planned but the rewards will be worth it. Otherwise, hopefully by the 1st of the year (maybe sooner) I will be onward to Phase 2 for me. The first phase was very productive and I hit some new numbers and at a leaner size than I ever had in the past.

I was able to go from 268lbs to 295lbs. I have been holding between 290 to 293 during this maintenance phase and adjusting to the size but also picking up my cardio a bit as well.

Measurements went from…

Chest +2.5″

Arms +1.0″

Quads +1.0″

Calves +1.0″

Neck +1.0″

Which leaves me at 54.5″ chest, 22″ arms, 31″ quads, 19″ calves and 20″ neck. I’m not as focused on waist measurements as it’s staying trim and I have always loved the 90′s mass monster look of a musclegut.
