Sadly, Jackal Rook and his team are trapped in an illusion created by Elgar'nan. Fortunately, Solas help them to get out of this illusion by provoking Elgar'nan. Jackal hears them fighting each other through his mind.

Jackal Rook and his team are finally enter to the Arlathan Carter. As planned, Neve play her role as a Tevinter Magister. Arrived in front of Elgar'nan, he lures Venatoris and the Veilguards with promises and his dragon Lusican appears behind him. Bellara and Neve feel his old magic and both break his spell by freeing his friends. Knowing they know what happening, Jackal and his team flee the crowd but they were spotted by Elgar'nan and order his Venatoris to stop them.

Back to the Lighthouse, Strife the leader of the Veil Jumpers informs Jackal that they spot Venatoris in the Arlathan Crater. Moreover, a Dalish clan was captured by them in order to sacrifice them to honor Elgar'nan. Jackal thinks Elgar'nan or Ghilan'nain could be there. To infiltrate in the ruin, the Veilguard must dress up as Venatori. With Neve by his side, she can play with them as a Tevinter Magister.

Bonus: Jackal Rook and the Arlathan Crater

The blight dragon from Treviso is weaken, Jackal and his team made it. However, Ghilan'nain appears and heals his blight dragon. Morever, she calls his second dragon which attacked Minrathous. The Veilguard has to deal with them, but not alone. Viago and his Crows attack with his ballista with his poisonous arrows.

After completing some companions quest, Evka send a message to Jackal Rook that the blight dragon from Treviso tooks refuge in a tower next to the Cauldron (a forteress). Evka says Grey Wardens are ready for attacking it.

Jackal Rook and his Veilguard kill Razikael and take advantage of Ghilan'nain. Jackal throw his dagger to Lucanis in order to kill Ghilan'nain. However, she intercepts him in his momentum but Lucanis manages to scratch her. Seeing her blood through her mask, she deploys his anger by spreading the Blight in all Weisshaupt. Jackal and his team narrowly miss to be swallowed by the Blight.

Back to the Lighthouse, the team begins to argue especially Davrin and Lucanis. One for owning Spite, Davrin thinks he could betray them because he has an uncontrollable demon and other for owning darkspawn blood (remember, Grey Wardens has drunk darkspawns bloods in order to connect with them, to find them and to kill them during the Blight) because Lucanis thinks the Call from the Blight could force them to turn against them. Jackal stops the fight and tell to everyone they failed because they are worried about their owns problems:

Neve for Aelia, leader of Venatori

Taash for the Dragon King and his identity crisis (such as his non-binary)

Bellara for Cyrian, manipulated by the Forgotten One

Harding for The Stone magic

Emmrich for the Hand of Glory

Davrin for the Gloom Howler

And last, Lucanis for Zara.

Jackal explain them that before to destroy Elgan'nan and Ghilan'nain, they must first solve their duties and stop elven gods lackeys in order to weaken them.

Jackal Rook and his team finally arrives to the griffin plateform. The time is come and Jackal try to provoke Ghilan'nain and Razikael. After a few tense moment, the Archidemon is trapped, even if chains from the trap are broken, Razkael is injured and Ghilan'nan is vanished. Now, Davrin is going to kill it but the First Warden arrives and decides himself to kill it instead of Davrin (Not because he is worried for him, but by pride as a Warden).

However, when the First Warden begins to finish it, Ghilan'nain appears through it by killing him and use his soul in order to revive his Archdemon. The fight begins.

Bonus: Jackal Rook VS Razikael

After fighting darkspawns, Jackal Rook and his Veilguards finally take shelter and Mila find his father at last. Jackal resumes his plan to Davrin and Lucanis; Davrin will kill the Archdemon Razikael and Lucanis will finish Ghilan'nain with the Lyrium dagger. After this, they are going to join the Archdemon trap.

Bonus: Jackal Rook face to the Joining Chalice from Ostagar (Dragon Age: Origins)

Jackal Rook, Davrin and Bellara arrive in the First Warden's gathering room trying to remind him that his soldiers die a slow death and Ghilanain'nain darkspawns are everywhere, even Evka has trying to tell his superior they lost many soldiers but First Warden won't listen and say they have to follow his orders. Jackal has heard enough and knocking him out (Jackal likes more punch than diplomacy 😄).

I saw in Reddit a debate about Zartan from G.I Joe, The Real American Hero, especially his hair... or his hood. People said it's his hair, other said it's his hood. It makes me smile, so I decided to draw this . There is Hair team and Hood team. Even if Hasbro confrimed that Zartan's hood is canon, I find his hair more rebel.

Davrin informs Jackal Rook that Ghilan'nain's Archdemon is going to attack Weisshaupt forteress. Rook gathers his team and plan to kill Ghilan'nan with the Lyrium dagger, Lucanis will. They are ready now.

The Veilguards enter through the Eluvian door but they arrive in the storage, it moved by the First Warden. Moreover, an earthquake begins to shake meaning that the Archdemon and darkspawns are here, but the wall of the storage falls such as the Eluvian door. Fortunately, it doesn't broken but the team is separated. Rook, Davrin and Bellara meet Mila, a little girl warden who guide them to the First Warden.

Bonus: Jackal Rook face to Guilan'nain through clouds.

Jackal Rook and Harding meet Inquisitor Odette Trevelyan in the Cobbled Swan in Dock Town. She explains that the situation in the South of Thedas is getting worse, there are so many darkspawns, blights, Venatori and Antaam. She reminds Rook that Solas is more dangerous and he should be careful.
