And it's ludicrously magnificent!

I'll be needing to redraw a few old designs I have, particularly the ones I mentioned in a previous post a few days or so ago. Those designs being Lalaine, Periboia, Annabelle, Alypia, Bell, Styx, and Lenora in that order!

I also want to continue working on the queue for *new* characters that I have built up! This includes these two antagonists for that comic/story thing I've been wanting to make (I'll be making more in the future, the only other idea for an antagonist for that story is a pirate of some kind, and for that story arc it'll most likely focus on Amari some), but that also includes other characters, such as the ones that were shown on the third character sheet for that QnA I've been wanting to set up!

I also need to make designs for all the other members of the compound that Naomi, Minerva, and Burmeister live in too!

I also need to start writing my lore posts again! I've been workshopping political structures for the city of Arthroposi and the land of Primatia and all that, along with dealing with that whole Mantis Civil Rights thing.

Now, another thing I really want to do is make some gift art for the people who've attacked me, but I didn't get to revenge!

This was a rather fun year, and although I only managed to get 11 attacks out, I still had an absolutely wonderful time!

I'm super grateful for all of the talented artists who've been generous enough to gift me such wonderful art! I've put each and every one of them in a special folder for easy and quick access to admire each one, I'm extremely appreciative of them all! ^○^

This one was super fun to draw, I enjoyed it immensely! From left to right, the characters are Ann Wisk, Ant, Mr. Centipede, Lizfly, Tartar, and Octavia! Mr. Centipede is reading some campfire stories off his phone, which was something that I remember my Scoutmasters doing during my time in Scouts before I made Eagle, so it's a bit nostalgic for me, however odd that is.

I'm especially proud of the background in this one! I had originally planned to make a forest background, but then realized that it might blend with a few of the features of some of the characters, then considered making a night sky after I decided that they would be on a hill, then realized that the blending problem still remained, so I went with a sunset, which I haven't tried before! I'm not the best at it, of course, but I'm still very proud of what I made! ^u^

I had so much fun this month, and I'm so glad I learned that something like Artfight even existed in the first place, I got to meet so many cool people and even made some new friends! But now that it's over, I need to figure out what I'm doing next...

Big wall of text under a cut so it doesn't clog up my blog!

Whenever I post it to this blog, which hopefully will be today, I'll drop both the colored and outline because I'm really proud of the head, like, REALLY proud of the head, and I want the details to be clearer to see! It'll be great, trust! :D

I am currently experiencing the same thing I go through if I just don't take any medicine. I hate this so much, why does my entire God damn life hinge on stupid medication? Why do I have to pay so much to function normally? Why can't I just function normally in the first place?

I hate ADHD so much, I hate it. I can't do ANYTHING I enjoy, because I just can't focus hard enough to do it! I hate this stupid mental disability so much!

Don't worry to anyone who was hoping one of the last ones would be higher up in the order, because since I've already figured out just who each of them are, and their general designs, each one shouldn't take too long to draw again, lmao.

Y'know, I've been constantly thinking about what I'll do DURING Artfight, but I haven't really considered what I'll be doing AFTER...

I think I'll do a redesigned ref sheet for one of my old characters, so that would be:

• Lenora (That Dot-Lined White Moth with the purple and black highlights)

• Annabelle (That Dung Beetle farmer)

• Lalaine (The Firefly that lives on the same farm as Annabelle)

• Styx (The Ebony Boghaunter rescue ranger)

• Bell (The Violet Carpenter Bee royal guard)

• Alypia (the Wasp Mimicking Moth ambassador)

• Periboia (The Rosy Maple Moth diva who's friends with Lenora, Kalla, and Ash)

A lot less than I thought, but then again, a few of my old bugs were just random specimens...

But what I also need to do is something for that Scolopendra Gigantea, my third ever bug, and is a species that is kind of a big deal in Chitisia, considering it's the most dangerous predator in, like, the entire world. I won't go into too much detail here, but I do intend to make a SINGLE specimen an antagonist to a story arc in that story I want to write about the members of that compound I keep mentioning and really really REALLY need to flesh out more, just so you have an idea of how much of a threat they are... but that's for another time.

I also want to make a naturalized specimen at some point, but I have sincerely no idea how I can make it work right now because I decided that every specimen would be piss-off HUGE for the hell of it, lmao.

Y'see, as I mentioned under the cut of the tarot card of her I posted, she doesn't like to wear clothes because it makes her feel "defanged" or "domesticated," like her natural fearsome presence she has as a Black Widow is being "tamed."

Now, Keith is goth, and this is where I realized that untapped potential I mentioned...

Picture this, Naomi with accessories like spiked bracelets, stuff that's usually linked to the goth culture. Essentially, goth Naomi. It was an epiphany, and GOD am I gonna draw that! I'm gonna make it an attack too, Keith and Naomi all fitted up striking a pose! If only I had the time to make a comic where Keith gives her the rundown on how she could feel more "threatening," but what I CAN do with the time I have is good enough for now! ^u^

Oh, and I'm still planning on those revenges, in fact, I have the perfect idea for them, just you wait... >:)

It's morning time, and that means I got to take the picture I wanted without having to deal with that awful glare obscuring some of the pen lines!

Now, I'm sure you're wondering why out of all 22 major arcana tarot cards that I chose Death in particular, and I'll explain my reasoning, which will contain a bit of Naomi's lore, under a cut, but the symbolism with the king and beggar she's stomping into the ground is Death's indifference to wealth or fame or power or name, it does not discriminate.

Oh, and just as I promised, here is what your work inspired me to make, @bb-mma ! I hope I managed to make you proud! ^u^

Maaaaaaannnnnnn, I'm devastated because I spent, how long? How many days has it been at this point? Several, to say the least, and I'm NOT HAPPY AT ALL that I have to wait one more, I'm throughly irritated.

It's finished, but man oh man I want it to look the best it can because of how much time and effort I sank into it...
