Hello! The name is Bix, I am an agender artist.

Just a veteran OSC fan, having joined during the release of IDFB 1. My favourite object shows are BFDI, ONEhfj and Love of the S*n. Recently, I have gotten very into SMG4/CAV.

I am also the admin for LAS (Leafy Appreciation Society)!

This is my main blog and where I am most active: I post WIP/sneak peaks, make character designs, illustrations, fan art, AUs, polls or whatever comes to my mind.

I am now BixLeaf!!!!!

Soooo… should probably explain why I changed everything.

Well I want to open up commissions but I ran into, well, several issues. One, my banner, profile and website are outdated by a year. My graphic and illustrative skills are passed that so a new banner, profile and website was a must. Something I have expressed but have only done something about this week.

Second, and more complicated issues was I could risk legal issue keeping my name Rubik's³, whilst also having a puzzle cube as a persona when doing commissions, the name Rubik’s and all its variants are trademarked. So it was either I have a different design or a different name. I chosen my name, now called Bix and leaned into the leaf theme with the Rubik’s Cube theme now gone (or more accurately replaced with a leaf and square motif). My character has been through a slight design and colour change too.

The other reason was looking up my art online was a pain since all ya get was Rubik’s cubes.

My Strawpage is still available, but I’ll no longer update it and will be considered outdated I’ll look it from time to time in case folks have made me gimmicks or done an ask.

Oooooohhh, boy did I!

Leafy was very interesting this episode, a constant swing of self hatred and stubborn ego.

But that be why I love the self loathing, paranoid narcissist.

It was so nice to actually see Leafy’s thoughts on herself. We were getting signs that Leafy has some self loathing thoughts but getting it verbally after all the building up in mid-BFDIA made it all worth the wait.

Firey caring more about her own life than Leafy was tragic and adorable.

I take most slander I had against the flame now. It’s nice to see the care for both in BFDIA be portrayed more as two sided.

However! My favourite part has to be with Leafy and Book.

The fact Leafy is so stubborn she cannot see that Book is trying to be nice to her is quite sad.

Honestly was worried I made Shifting Hues Leafy too stubborn but, nope! Our girl really won’t give up.

Having her also be distant to Book, only to immediately desperately cling to her attention when Book was about to leave basically confirms this girl has serious abandonment issues.

Was amusing since we all know what happens to Book in BFB.

I found their relationship to be more interesting than Firey’s and Leafy’s (for this season) as they are foils to each other.

And since Book knows that Leafy is around, I cannot wait to see more interactions they’ll have later on.
