Thank you to all for this milestone and giving your hearts to my creations.

Since Mr Puzzles canonically doesn’t open his mouth most of the time when talking, wouldn’t it be interesting if Lennon did the same.

Just learnt some ventriloquism and talks with his teeth always closed around people. Besides moments when he is taken by surprised, angry, drunk or is not trying so hard to be his mascot, Puzzles. Already has those retainers coloured like SMPTE bar, might as well show them off.

Kind of Lennon’s whole deal: be Mr Puzzles as much as you cannot without resorting to the saw again.

Soooo… should probably explain why I changed everything.

Well I want to open up commissions but I ran into, well, several issues. One, my banner, profile and website are outdated by a year. My graphic and illustrative skills are passed that so a new banner, profile and website was a must. Something I have expressed but have only done something about this week.

Second, and more complicated issues was I could risk legal issue keeping my name Rubik's³, whilst also having a puzzle cube as a persona when doing commissions, the name Rubik’s and all its variants are trademarked. So it was either I have a different design or a different name. I chosen my name, now called Bix and leaned into the leaf theme with the Rubik’s Cube theme now gone (or more accurately replaced with a leaf and square motif). My character has been through a slight design and colour change too.

The other reason was looking up my art online was a pain since all ya get was Rubik’s cubes.

I had drawn CRT expressing overwhelmed joy the same way canon Mr Puzzles does.

Which… leads me to reveal a part of CRT I haven’t made all too public.

It actually is very common for CRT to copy their surroundings, especially their dads. As an AI that is how CRT learns, like human children but much more extreme.

For example, if CRT broke something like WPNZ’s favourite mug, CRT doesn’t feel bad for doing it. However, because they have seen the trope of children crying when breaking someone precious to their parents on TV, CRT will cry too despite not being either sad, disappointed or guilty. If WPNZ did shout at them for breaking his mug, then CRT will feel bad as they have been coded to know that ‘Being Shouted At = Done Wrong’.

Which is why CRT is banned from watching most films by Puzzles, especially those about AIs going rogue.

An odd thing CRT does (due to mimicry) is pretend to breathe all the time, if close enough one can hear CRT making breathing noises despite not having any abilities to breathe. CRT doesn’t understand why living beings breathe, they just do it to fit in. This extends to them taking gasps when talking, panting when doing physically demanding tasks, or randomly coughing (CRT made a code that gives them a random chance).

This does mean CRT has attempted to eat thing (as seen above), even after being told and being aware that they cannot. When given the chance to smash their face into food they’ll do it for fun and out of curiosity: they like seeing the mess they make afterwards and knowing the texture of things (not so fun for Puzzles and WPNZ who have to clean CRT’s screen afterwards). Although, CRT sometime fakes eating to be ‘more human’, so WPNZ bought them fake toy foodies and empty teacup so CRT feels more included when eating dinner together.

It can take some time for CRT to do an act with full knowledge of why and the emotions that cause said action. When they feel an emotion but no way to communicate it because they don’t know how to they’ll do either three things: do nothing, search the internet for answers, or hide in the closet to avoid causing trouble (as they are unsure if it is bad or good).

When CRT felt anger for the first time, they couldn’t handle it as they weren’t sure how to express it. Due to CRT being told lashing out is immoral yet CRT has witnessed WPNZ and Puzzles lash out when upset. This hypocrisy and conflicting data means CRT’s processing skills were severally challenged causing them to overheat, and to hide away in a closet to have a meltdown as it was the best idea they had to avoid disobeying others.

The only ironic thing about calling my own drawing ‘AI modified’ is the fact CRT an AI, but come on! That page alone took me a total of 8 hours!!! I even put the unrendered version in the comments (which was apparently turned off without telling me, thanks Pinterest.)
